Justine Cullen is a jewellery designer based in Ashford Kent

Justine originates from Topanga Canyon, California, which is up the coastal road running between L.A. and San Francisco, and just a stones throw away world famous places such as Santa Monica, Hollywood, and the infamously funky artist hang out, Venice beach.

She grew up riding her horse to school through the wilderness from her parents self-built house in the canyon, and was such a natural at such a young age that she even started training as a potential Olympic contender.

However, as we reach the early 90's, the buzz of fashion and music was emanating from Europe. Justine knew she had to begin her travels, leaving behind her authentic Cow-Girl history and setting off to Amsterdam, she finally arrived in London, and began to follow her dream of being involved in the most creative fashion industry in the world.

After a course at Holts Academy of Jewellery in London she started business, making small pieces of silver jewellery for fun and friends. The orders came in thick and fast, realizing she was on the brink of something big, she pulled back, recruited a small team of co-workers, supppliers, engravers, 3D CAD experts and set about creating her dream.

Justine has not looked back since. She is now developing exclusive designs for uber-chic clothing label, Saint Kidd, run by Dougie Poynter from the band McFly and winner of ITV's "I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!" Justine has been featured in Vogue Magazine's new artist section twice and has provided pieces for 2011 UK feature film "Hard Boiled Sweets" the range of products has expanded to include childrens accessories as well as beaded and fabric necklaces earthy waxed Cotton and Onyx bracelets for Men and Women as part of her UnJust Range. Justine always has her ear to the ground and is often way out in front of the latest fashion trends.

We hope you enjoy broswing through the collection, if you have any custom ideas of your own please get in touch with us here.

tania bartlet and Justine

Tania (Bubbles) Bartlett is the latest recruit to our team. Since meeting Justine at a local theatre group a couple of years ago Tania has become an invaluable source of ideas for the company, and has played a key role in developing the Justine brand.

Tania started out as an event organiser, which led her to become part of a team who organised private home events for the Jamie Oliver product range. She is also a fully qualified nail and manicure beautician and her people skills are second to none.

With Tania on board we've already co-ordinated several successful private jewellery 'Have A Look' events, and her contacts in the industry have pulled together a fantastic team who have produced the latest line of high quality photoshoots for our new product ranges, Unjust and Justkids.

Tania is possibly the most bubbly exuberant person you could ever hope to meet, and we are are so lucky to have here working with us at Justine.
