Due to the cost of admin, handling, and general fluctuations in postal prices we can only estimate a fair shipping cost, which will be added to the total cost of your item(s) at checkout.
Shipping is calculated by weight, with packaging weight taken into account, every reasonable care has been taken to ensure your postage is fairly and correctly priced.
All Special Delivery packages are signed for and are trackable through

We will send you your special delivery reference number with our shipping confirmation email once your payment is confirmed and your parcel has been sent out.
All confirmed orders will posted within 2-3 working days unless the item needs to be manufactured first, in which case please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping.
All international shipping will be handled by Royal Mail International Signed Delivery.

International Signed For requires a signature on delivery. It is available to all worldwide destinations we will always use the added extra compensation of £500 for all packages as standard due to the valuable nature of our goods.

We will always fill in the required customs forms with accurate information about the contents of the package, If you are unsure about duties which could arise due to import charges in your country, please contact your local customs and excise office for information. We will not be held responsible for any extra duties which arise through import taxation.

- When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
- Orders are based on what is in stock and may have to be placed into production. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for orders that must be manufactured. If product is in stock, it usually ships within 5-7 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
- How do I know that my order has been shipped?
- When your order has been shipped, we will send you another email letting you know your package is on its way.
- How do I change or cancel an order?
- If you have made a payment through Paypal and decide you want to cancel, you will have to notify us by emailing us at info@justinecullen.com. We will verify that we have received your order and refund your money through the Pay Pal system, It may take up to 14 days for the funds to clear back into your account.
- What are my payment options?
- We accept all major credit cards, processing is done by Pay Pal, which does NOT require membership for you to use it, although membership is free and can speed up transactions in the future.
- Is ordering over the internet secure?
- Yes, Pay Pal are internationally recognized as the most secure way to shop online, and because we use them we do not store any of your credit card details on our database.
- What are your shipping fees?
- Shipping fees will be calculated at check out. They are dynamically generated based upon the total weight of your purchase, your delivery address. depending on your location.
- What are your international shipping fees? What about duties?
- We're proud to offer international shipping. Remember, shipments outside of the U.K. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.
- What countries do you ship to? How long does it take to deliver?
- We ship to most major countries. Please contact customer service with any enquiries about shipping to your country if it is not on the list.
- Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
- For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?
- Yes. If you would like us to remove the invoice from the package, please send us an email to info@justinecullen.com immediately after your order is placed indicating the special instructions.

However, in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a returns form which can be sent to you by post or email. All returns must be accompanied by this form once it has been completed. Please do not return any item to us without this form.
You can return your purchase directly to us for a refund or an exchange. The item must be undamaged, unworn and in the original, undamaged gift wrapping and returned to us by the method shown on the returns form. We cannot accept liability for items damaged or lost in transit due to inadequate packaging or sent by an inappropriate carriage method.
Once the above conditions are fulfilled we will be happy to refund the full purchase price or exchange the item for any other in our online shop. We will also refund your returns postal charges in line with the guidelines detailed on the returns form.
- Where do I ship my return/exchange?

- How should I ship my return/exchange?
- Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. To be properly processed, you return/exchange must include a Return Authorization number on the OUTSIDE of the package - returns without a Return Authorization number will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender. You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept cash on delivery.
- When will my credit card be refunded?
- Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice.
