International Deliveries will be made in 3-7 working days, Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When your order has been shipped, we will send you another email letting you know your package is on its way.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you have made a payment through Paypal and decide you want to cancel, you will have to noptify us by emailing us at info@justinecullen.com. We will verify that we have recived your order and refund your money through the pay pal system, It may take up to 10 days for the funds to clear back into your account.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, processing is done by Pay Pal, which does NOT require membership for you to use it, although membership is free and can speed up transactions in the future.

Is ordering over the internet secure?

Yes, We use Pay Pal for all our transactions, they are internationally recognized as the most secure way to shop online, and because we use them we do not store any of your credit card details here.

What countries do you ship to? How long does it take to deliver?

The list of countries on the registration page contains all the countries we shop to. Please contact customer service with any enquiries about shipping to your country if it is not on the list.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

No the purchaser recieves the invoice by email.

How should I ship my return/exchange?

Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible. You should ship your return/exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept cash on delivery.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
