Special Delivery ( UK Only ) Next Day before 1pm : £6.50 (recommended for items over £40)
Uk and European Deliveries will be made in 1-3 working days after you placed your order [excluding Weekends]
depending on your location, e.g. If you order on Monday your goods will be delivered by the following Wednesday.
International & non EU: Delivery approx 3-7 days

Airsure insured up to £50 : £10
Airsure insured up to £500 : £13
International Deliveries will be made in 3-7 working days, Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
You have 14 days to decide if you want to return your items.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer exchanges or refunds on pierced earrings unless they are faulty.
All returns must be unworn and in their original packaging otherwise we may not be able to process your refund.
It's really important to include your full name and order number in your return otherwise we cannot process your return.
